Our locations are always close to LA, yet one feels transported in these wonderful places. The way it works is that we spend an hour or so at various spots along enchanting trails. Join us for Landscape Sketch Comp on Sat, Sept 28! Nature will be our inspiration for this all-day intensive workshop that takes place at a beautiful outdoor location, here in Los Angeles (TBA). We’ll be sketching at various scenic spots along the path, we’ll have a discussion of ideas with handouts, and I’ll be working with you individually along the way.

Join us for “Expression: The Source of Expression & Character”. I’ll cover what it is and isn’t, how it really works, how character acts as a booster for expression and not as a replacement for it.
We’ll have two models, John Mackey and Rachel Bailit, helping us throughout the day, working both independently and with each other to create story. It’s at the Animation Guild in Burbank.
